Description
Tahoe 635 is a 2-wire G.shdsl+ modem with a V.35 interface. It transmits data at a rate from 64 to 4664 kbps, configurable in 64 kbps steps, over distances noticeably greater than HDSL modems.
The V.35 interface is brought out on a standard 34-pin Winchester connector compliant with ISO-2593. A router or another DTE device is connected to it.
Features
The software allows you to set the data rate, modulation type and message language, and to measure line attenuation and signal-to-noise ratio. The remote modem can be managed over the leased line itself, in an auxiliary channel, without interrupting transmission. The full list of features is in the Technical data tab.
Configuration is done from the built-in LCD display and keypad or via the serial console.
Several hardware and software watchdogs monitor the device, from basic processor functions to network communication. The metal enclosure is designed for years of continuous operation.
